Your data. Short version: we keep very little.

Human Machine Studio is responsible for the personal information collected on this website. Contact us at hello@humanmachinestudio.com.

Only what you choose to send us:

• Contact form: your name, email, phone number and message.
• Pricing page: the description of your situation you type in.
• Visual concept request: your name, email, phone number, additional details, and the estimate you received.

Like most websites, our hosting may also record basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare estimates and concepts, deliver work you commission, and keep the website secure and working. We do not use your details for anything else without asking.

When you request a price, the description you type is processed by an AI model to suggest a package, cost and timeline. Do not include sensitive personal information in that box.

We never sell or trade your information. We share it only with the service providers that host this website, store submissions, and run the AI estimate, and only so they can provide that service. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Enquiries we do not turn into projects are deleted within 24 months. Client project records are kept as long as needed for the work and for legal and accounting obligations.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@humanmachinestudio.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The website may use your browser's storage to carry your estimate from the pricing page to the concept page; it is cleared when you close the tab.

Submissions are stored on secure servers with restricted access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
